Appointment Policy

The following Appointment Policy applies to all bookings — online, by phone, or as a walk-in — and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
- Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
- Cancellations and reschedules: please give us at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time.
- Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may be charged 50% of the booked service.
- Missed appointments (no call, no show) may be charged 100% of the booked service.
- Credit card on file: a valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment, and by booking you authorize us to charge it for the cancellation and no-show fees above.
- Please arrive early. If you are late and walk-in guests are waiting, your reserved time may be given to a walk-in, and we will work you in as availability allows.
- Appointment notifications: by booking an appointment, you consent to receive booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and rescheduling notifications.
- Walk-ins welcome. Most Diesel locations accept both walk-ins and appointments — see your local shop's hours.
